Module 8: Breath is Life - Control of Your Life Force

Pranayam is the 4th limb of Yoga and its meaning is learning to control and direct the life force, or prana. Prana is the animating force of nature that gives life to all living beings. Our life force is the source of  vitality and wellbeing on all levels. When the prana is blocked, stagnant or misdirected, some kind of disease or dysfunction is the result.
